diagnosis:
Twigs of at least two orders. Second order branches radially and irregularly inserted at almost right angles on main twigs. Long linear leaves helically disposed on both shoot types; coriaceous and distally dichotomized once. Leaves with a single medial vein and two longitudinal marginal furrows (stomatiferous bands?). Fusiform leaf scars, with one leaf trace, on both orders branches. Female fructifications structures placed in the same ontogenetic helix as the leaves having a distally ovuliferous component and proximal appendages identical to sterile leaves.
